THE UNSALTED

To some of you, Alexander Wang‘s collections might seem boring and repetitive. To me, it’s exactly what I asked for. Doesn’t matter which store it is or where, somehow I’ll always unintentionally find my way to his clothes. I’ll quickly check the tag, and yup: WANG again. Followed by a deep sigh of course: I can not afford this. Unless I want to spend over half my paycheck and ultimately end up without food or you know, a home. An option that’s seriously considered: might as well become the best-dressed hobo you’ve ever seen, right? .. No? Bad idea?

WANG stands for masculine, sporty outfits with a subtle feminine touch. Straight cuts, geometric shapes and a mostly colorless palette. Dress up, dress down, do whatever you please. Key words? Scuba fabric and stretch. There’s really not much to say. You either like it, or you don’t. But for god sakes, how can you not appreciate his designs? You can wear them with sneakers! SNEAKERS! I’d say anything that can be worn with flats is a definite do.
